Welcome to The Beat’s second programme of the year.
The Ashton Weekender took place on Ashton Lane over the weekend of the 21st, 22nd and 23rd September 2012. As the West End’s newest festival, 60 acts performed in four venues on the lane. What’s more, it was free entry!
GUST’s new music programme “The Beat” went to discover what this wonderful festival had to offer and we spoke with the event’s organizer, Craig McGee, with Friendly Fires, Jack Savidge, who performed at the Grosvenor Café, and many more.
