This year, the university is celebrating the Adam Smith Tercentenary; this includes the Adam Smith: Re-Enlightened student day which marks the 300th anniversary of the Scottish economist and philosopher. The day was hosted by a student led team, and celebrated with a range of events including a debate, dissertation exposition and workshops welcoming students within the UK and beyond to mark the tercentenary. The event concluded with a Ceilidh which has been covered by our GUST team.
